Privacy Policy

Privacy is the whole design here, not an afterthought. GoGetEmTigers is a live assistant, not a recorder โ€” there is no recording to keep. We never save the audio from your microphone, and we never keep the transcript of what was said beyond your live session; both are used live, in the moment, then gone. Below is exactly what we do and don't collect, and why.

1. What We Collect

Account data

When you sign up we receive your email address and name from your identity provider (Google or email via Clerk). We store your email address and name to identify your account, greet you in our messages, send you transactional emails (receipts, important service notices), and contact you about your subscription. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

Billing data

Payments are processed by Stripe. For billing we store a Stripe customer ID and your subscription status (tier, renewal date, usage minutes) in our database. We never see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV โ€” those go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Meeting data (transcripts)

During a session the Service transcribes speech in real time so it can give you live suggestions. The transcript exists only for the moment โ€” in memory, during your live session, plus the short-lived crash-recovery copy described below โ€” and is permanently discarded the instant the session ends. We do not keep it in our database, in cloud storage, or anywhere else after the session. See "Transcripts โ€” Never Stored" below.

Your persona and meeting context

If you save a persona (for example a rรฉsumรฉ or background notes in Settings), we store it with your account so every session can use it โ€” it stays until you change it or delete your account. Context you add when starting a session (for example a job description) and the running AI summary live only for that session, inside the same short-lived crash-recovery copy as the transcript, and are deleted with it when the session ends.

We do keep a basic session record for billing and account purposes: when a session started and ended, how many minutes it used, its type and language, and that you confirmed the consent note. This record never contains any audio, transcript, or content of the conversation, and it is deleted with your account.

2. Audio โ€” We Never Store It

We never store your audio. Full stop. The audio captured by your microphone is streamed in real time directly to our speech-to-text provider over an encrypted WebSocket connection. The audio is transcribed on arrival and is never written to our databases, object storage, or any persistent system we operate; the provider does not keep it beyond the short abuse-and-safety window described in "Service Providers" below, and never uses it for training.

We designed the Service this way on purpose. Audio from a meeting can be sensitive. You should not have to trust us to store it responsibly, so we made sure we never have it to begin with.

3. Transcripts โ€” Live Only, Never Stored

GoGetEmTigers is a live assistant, not a recorder. We don't store your transcripts. The text is held only for the duration of your live session โ€” in working memory, plus a short-lived crash-recovery copy that exists solely so a page reload or hiccup doesn't kill your meeting. The moment the session ends, every copy we hold is permanently deleted. Nothing is kept after the session, so there is no meeting history to review later, because we don't keep one.

We built it this way on purpose. The safest way to protect a conversation is to never hold on to it โ€” there is no meeting archive to leak, lose, be compelled to hand over, or misuse, because it does not exist.

We never train on your data. We do not use your conversations or transcripts to train or improve any AI model, ours or a provider's.

Other participants. The Service transcribes a live conversation you take part in, so it also processes what other people in that conversation say (only in the moment; nothing is stored). You are responsible for telling them and getting any consent the law where you are requires before you use the Service โ€” recording and transcription rules vary by location, and many places require everyone's consent. The Service shows you a reminder and a short line you can read aloud at the start of each session to help.

If you email us (for example at support@gogetemtigers.com), we store your message so we can help you, even if you do not have an account. That correspondence is kept while your request is being handled and is deleted whenever you ask us to โ€” just email the address above. We also remove old correspondence we no longer need to keep.

4. Service Providers

We rely on the following third-party service providers to deliver the Service. Each is bound by data-processing agreements consistent with applicable privacy regulations. For your account data, we are the party responsible for handling it. For what is said in your meetings, you decide whether and when to use the Service and must have any consent the law requires โ€” we process that content only to deliver your live session.

To run the core Service we also rely on infrastructure, speech-to-text, and AI providers. These process your data only to deliver real-time transcription and suggestions, and may retain it briefly (typically up to 30 days) solely for abuse and safety monitoring under their terms โ€” never to train their models or for any purpose of their own. We also use an email-delivery provider to send the transactional and support emails described above, and an error-monitoring provider that receives technical fault reports with personal identifiers stripped. We will name any specific provider on request โ€” just email us at the address below.

We use one session cookie, set by Clerk, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics cookies. We do not share cookie data with advertisers.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@gogetemtigers.com and we will delete the data promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy at this URL and update the "Last updated" date at the top. For changes that reduce your protections โ€” collecting new categories of data, keeping data longer, or using it in new ways โ€” we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. When we substitute one service provider for another in the same role, under equivalent data-processing terms, we will update this page promptly.
