Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GoGetEmTigers ("the Service," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Notice of changes is given as described in Section 9.
2. The Service
GoGetEmTigers provides real-time meeting assistance: it listens to your microphone, transcribes speech using AI speech-to-text, and generates on-demand suggestions for what you might say next โ including counter-arguments, rephrasing, summaries, insights, and interview auto-answers. The Service is browser-based and requires no software installation. We do not store your audio or the transcript of your conversations beyond your live session โ they are processed live (with a short-lived crash-recovery copy) and deleted when the session ends (see our Privacy Policy).
Features, limits, and pricing may change. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect paid subscribers.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep your account details current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials.
Geographic availability. The Service is not offered to, or intended for use by, persons located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you are not located in, and will not use the Service from, those regions.
4. Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Consent to record โ your responsibility. The Service transcribes live audio from your microphone, including the speech of other people in the conversation. Recording, transcribing, or monitoring a conversation is regulated by law where you are, and many places require the consent of every participant, not just you โ including several Australian states (for example NSW, WA, SA, Tasmania and the ACT) and many US states (for example California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Washington). You are solely responsible for knowing and following the law of your jurisdiction and for obtaining every consent it requires before each session. By starting a session you confirm that you have obtained any consent legally required from all participants, and you agree not to use the Service to record, transcribe, or monitor anyone unlawfully. We do not provide legal advice on consent requirements and are not liable for your failure to obtain required consent. These rules apply with particular force to telephone calls โ in many places, intercepting or transcribing a phone call without every participant's consent is unlawful regardless of the setting or the topic of the call.
Interviews, exams, and assessments. If you use the Service during a job interview, you must tell the interviewer you are using a live AI assistant. You must not use the Service during any examination, certification, or other assessment where outside assistance is prohibited by the rules that govern it.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Harass, stalk, intimidate, or harm any person.
- Collect, record, or process personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical measures protecting the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of this section โ including any failure to obtain a legally required consent โ to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service is offered on a free tier and three paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Premium). Usage is metered in minutes of active meeting time. Each tier includes a monthly minute allowance that resets on your subscription anniversary date.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ you retain access to paid features through the date you have already paid for. We do not offer partial-period refunds, except where a refund is required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) โ nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period before downgrading your account to the free tier. All billing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details.
6. Disclaimers
No professional advice. AI-generated suggestions, transcripts, summaries, and any other output produced by the Service are for informational and conversational assistance purposes only. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You should not rely on Service output for decisions that warrant expert counsel.
You decide what you say. Suggestions are drafts for you to judge. You are solely responsible for what you actually say or send in any conversation, and for verifying any fact before relying on it.
Your content. You retain all rights in what you say and in any context you provide (such as your persona or meeting notes); you grant us the limited licence needed to process that content to deliver the Service โ including storing your persona between sessions until you change or delete it. We claim no copyright in AI-generated suggestions โ once your session ends, we hold no copy of them.
Accuracy. Speech-to-text transcription and AI-generated suggestions are not always accurate. Transcription quality depends on microphone quality, background noise, speaker accents, and other factors outside our control. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any transcript or suggestion.
"As is" basis. Subject to the "Your statutory rights" clause below and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee in respect of services is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
7. Limitation of Liability
Subject to the "Your statutory rights" clause above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you actually paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings (Settings โ Delete account). Deleting your account immediately terminates your subscription (no further charges after the current paid period) and removes your personal data โ including your session records โ from our active systems. Audio and transcripts are never kept after a session ends, so there is nothing further to erase. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention after deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice where practicable, except in cases of serious violations.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms at this URL and update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For changes that materially reduce your rights or increase your obligations, we will also notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect; other changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the place where you live (including the Australian Consumer Law for Australian consumers).
